Memorial Day shopping!!!!!! Auction style… finally only 6 months later after moving got it knocked out!!! Our (#JamiesHope) newest board member (Mark) filled us in and educated us on model home furniture auctions, which by the way….was awesome!!!! Can’t believe we were all shopping on Memorial Day together rather than hitting the beach or lakes, lol. Also ran into some old friends there we hadn’t seen in a long time and was great to see them.. Had an awesome, productive day and got to do it with people I love to be around 🙂 Feeling such a relief our house is almost done!!! My health has been #1 since January so moving during all of this, getting our old house ready to sell and listed has been TOUGH (I am the real estate broker for our old house). #PeopleWatching @Schlitterbahn over the weekend… always interesting. People swimming in all kinds of interesting things, should have taken a few pics of that, lol! #CancerSucks big time, so want to make sure not to get anymore cancer!!!!!!!! Have my healthier sunblock everywhere to make sure to prevent #skincancer 🙂 When I think about #Melanoma, I think about a women that was diagnosed and lost her battle in her twenties, which is way to young!!!!!!!!! Chris & Jenny Myers have supported us (#JamiesHope) now for several years and a long time ago I was introduced to her cousin Tara Miller at our Masquerade. There was a foundation started in her name (www.taramillerfoundation.org) which is a pretty awesome way to remember her 🙂 So…. Back to sunblock, after making my lifestyle switch, had to start reading labels on EVERYTHING to start protecting myself from anything that could possibly contribute or cause cancer. #BucketList here I come!!!!! Checking off a long time bucket list item this weekend!!!!! So excited… Feeling a little dorky but we will see who is really dorky when I find GOLD… Maybe too much being sick from #chemo over the last 3 years and watching to many reality shows like #GoldRush ,#IceColdGold , #theCurseOfOakIsland , #BeringSeaGold , #YukonGold , etc….. Traffic sucks!!!!! Had to slam on my brakes on #Beltway8 and my cooler went flying accross the car breaking my #smoothies inside!!! Soooo annoying!!! Thank god I don’t have to deal with traffic much, it’s literally bad for your health! There are so many studies that talk about how much it effects our health in a negative way. I have had a #MassageHeights membership forever but found for a long time I was exhausted and had a hard time getting the energy and motivation to leave the house (when on #chemo). I hadn’t really thought about getting a massage lately until one of our long time donors Debbie (Massage Heights) commented on my post about coming in for a #massage…. So that’s exactly what I did yesterday!!!!! It was awesome 🙂 Thank you Debbie for getting me moving and over to Massage Heights!!
