Back at #MDAnderson again today with Dr. Powers at #IntegratedMedicine!!! Have been working with her once a week for a while on #stress , #mindfulness , #CognitiveTherapy , etc….. Pre January I missed appointments frequently and now actually look forward to seeing my Doctor every week!!! She has given me so many tools and ways to communicate and deal with stress more effectively. Cancer can be extremely stressful so having a therapist for me has really improved my quality of life in many ways. Thankful for another awesome doctor on my team 🙂 ~ Jamie ...

Mom Duties last night!!!! So thankful for every little moment that IV C and my crazy #cancerfreeway health regimen has given me my life back!!! The little things.. like taking her to get a hair cut, getting inside rides she is too big for (lol), helping her with a science project, etc….. Just months ago I would have struggled to do any of these and I am so thankful for my health, being able to share the little moments with her and feeling good for the first time in years!!!!!!! ~ Jamie ...
